Antonio has held a variety of leadership positions within the City of Minneapolis, and State Government. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. In March 2017, he co-founded Hablando Franco Podcast; an independent podcast that was featured as one of the Top Five Social Innovation Links by the New Profit.
Cynthia J. Zapata has a B.A. in English and Race and Ethnic Studies from St. Olaf College and has completed a policy training course called The Community Equity Pipeline. Cynthia is an active poet in the Twin Cities and was one of 10 finalists in the St. Paul Youth Poet Laureate slam competition in May 2017. She was born in the U.S. and raised in Minnesota, to Mexican immigrant parents.
Nicholas J. French is in pursuit of a Master of Public Health degree after receiving a Communication Studies degree from South Dakota State University. His vast experience with nonprofit marketing started and continues with his involvement with the Catalyst Foundation, a 501c3 that builds communities to fight human trafficking in Vietnam. His passion grows with policy training through the Community Equity Pipeline and he wishes to use his skills to advocate for and elevate marginalized voices. He is a proud trans-national Vietnamese adoptee and hails from Brookings, SD.
Mica Standing Soldier is an Oglala Lakota woman pursuing a career in law after finishing her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She has held a variety of roles in organizations campus and community-wide, including chair of the Minnesota Public Interest Research Group, Outreach Coordinator for Take Back the Night Twin Cities and Founder of the Coalition Against Mass Incarceration. Mica uses poetry as a way to understand and explore historical trauma and oppression amongst indigenous peoples.
Alexis M. Murillo is a Latinx first-generation college student from Chicago, Illinois. She holds a B.S in Agricultural Communications and Marketing with a concentration in Food, Agricultural, and Natural Resource Sciences and a minor in Agricultural and Food Business Management. She has dedicated herself to social change by mentoring other students and her commitment to equity, diversity and social justice is central to her roles as a peer educator while addressing issues of access, retention, graduation, and community-building among students of color.

Rahhel is a first generation Eritrean born in the U.S and has lived in Minnesota for most of her life. Rahhel has B.A's in Political Science and Finance from the University of Minnesota-Morris. Previously, she worked at the Minnesota Public Interest Research Group as the Economic Justice Organizer and at SEIU 284 as a Union Organizer. She currently is the Co-Founder and Program Director of the Minnesota Youth Collective, an organization that amplifies the voices of young people and their needs in politics. Throughout her career, she has paid special attention to organizing with young people of color without co-opting their movements and their ideas.

Eric Isidoro has a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota. A Gates Millennium Scholar from the class of 2014, he knows the importance of giving back and putting in the work to create platforms to advance his community. Eric is also heavily involved with Conferencia Alianza Latinx, the first conference of its kind in the state of Minnesota for latinxs in higher education. He was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI to Mexican immigrant parents.
